Nan Kemberling, Illustrator of "Tails" of the Collie Lama™

     Nan Kemberling has been drawing and painting since she was able to hold a crayon. Though she works as a musician and teacher, she has always fostered her love of the visual arts. Nan currently teaches cello at the Georgia Academy of Music and Clayton State University and performs regularly with the Phoenix String Trio, Columbus Symphony, and Atlanta Pops Orchestra. Her most recent art project involves painting unfinished violin tops.
     Nan sometimes uses the device of including a hidden object in her paintings. She has been asked to do that in the illustrations for "Tails" of the Collie Lama™ so look for the heart that is incorporated in all her illustrations.
